Nokia 3310 Replacement?

I've been using my venerable 3310 for the past year or so, ever since I gave up on smartphones. Are there any new phones out there that have similar simplistic methods and excellent build quality? I'm not interested in replacing the handset with an iPhone or android setup, just something modern...
