LG G3 Stylus: Forward / Block Calls and Messages

Call Blocking



Blocking Calls from a Specific Number:

1. Tap "Apps" while on the home screen


2. Tap "Settings" and select "Call"


3. Tap "Call reject" > "Reject calls from"


4. Press "Add" and follow one of the steps below:
   
   
   
   
   • To block a contact from the phonebook, tap "Contacts"
   
   
   • To block a number from the call history, tap "Call logs", select the number and tap "Done"
   
   
   • To block a new phone number, tap "New number", enter the number and tap "Save"
   
   
   
   

Unblocking a Phone Number:

1. Tap "Apps" while on the home screen


2. Go to "Settings" and tap "Call" > "Call reject"


3. Tap "Reject calls from"


4. Touch the "Trash can" icon and select the phone number(s) you want to unblock


5. Tap "Delete"


6. To confirm, press "Yes"

Call Forwarding



Forwarding All Calls (Unconditional):

1. Open the apps drawer


2. Tap "Settings" > "Call"


3. Swipe to "Incoming Call" and then tap "Call forwarding"


4. Tap "Always forward" and enter the phone number you wish to forward the calls to


5. Optionally, tap "Contacts" and select a phone number from the phonebook


6. Tap "Turn on"

Forwarding Certain Calls Only (Conditional):

1. Tap "Apps" while on the home screen


2. Tap "Settings" > "Call"


3. Scroll to "Incoming Call" and tap "Call forwarding"


4. Under "Forward If", select "Busy", "Unanswered" or "Unreachable"


5. Optionally, edit the phone number to forward calls to, or tap "Contacts" to choose a number from the phonebook


6. Tap "Update"

Cancel Call Forwarding:

1. Tap "Apps" while viewing a home screen


2. Tap "Settings" > "Call"


3. Swipe down to "Incoming Call"


4. Tap "Call forwarding" > "Always forward" and select "Disable"

Message / Spam Blocking



Blocking Messages from a Phone Number:

1. Launch the "Messaging" application


2. Tap "Menu" > "Spam manager" > "Spam settings"


3. Touch "Spam numbers" and tap the "+" button


4. Type in the number you wish to block


5. Tap "Save"

Unblocking Messages from a Number:

1. Tap "Messaging" while on the home screen


2. Press "Menu" and tap "Spam manager" > "Spam settings"


3. Tap "Spam numbers" and touch the "Trash can"


4. Select the number(s) you wish to unblock


5. Tap "Delete" and press "Yes" to confirm
