Managing Contacts



L'ajout d'un Nouveau Contact:

1. Exploiter les »Téléphone"Icône située sur l'écran d'accueil


2. Aller à la »Contacts" tab in the top-left corner


3. Robinet"Ajouter contact">"Local contact"


4. Type in the contact's name and last name in the right fields


5. Entrez le contact de numéro de téléphone dans le "Téléphone" field. Optionally, tap "Mobile" and choose the appropriate type of phone number from the drop-down list


6. If necessary, enter any additional information in the desired fields


7. Robinet"Fait" when ready to save the contact

Adding a New Contact from a Text Message:

1. Open the messaging app


2. Tap the icon depicting a human figure and tap "Enregistrer"


3. Select to "Créer un nouveau contact" or select an existing one


4. Enter any additional information as you desire, and tap "Fait"

Adding a Picture and Assigning a Custom Ringtone to a Contact:

1. Ouvrir les »Contacts»Demande


2. Select the contact that you want to assign a picture to


3. Exploiter les »Modifier« icône


4. Exploiter les »Camera" icon and choose a method of adding a picture


5. Once you've assigned the image, tap "Fait"

Assigning a Contact to Speed Dial:

1. Exploiter les »Téléphone"Icône située sur l'écran d'accueil


2. Presse la »Menu" icon from the bottom-right corner


3. Robinet"Speed dial settings"


4. Exploiter les »Ajouter" button associated with the dialer pad number that you wish to assign


5. Select the desired contact from the list

Importing / Exporting Contacts from the SD Card:

1. Ouvrir les »Téléphone»Demande


2. Aller à la »Contacts" tab et appuyez sur la "Menu"Icône représentant trois points verticaux


3. Select either "Import contacts»Ou«Back up contacts"


4. Robinet"SD card". If importing contacts, choose the vCard file that you want to import


5. Robinet"OK"

Importing / Exporting Contacts from the SIM Card:

1. While viewing the home screen, tap the "Téléphone« icône


2. Accès au »Contacts"Onglet et tapez"Menu"


3. Sélectionnez"Import contacts»Ou«Back up contacts"

     1. Choose the contacts that you wish to export, or tap "Mark all"
     
     
     2. Robinet"Back up" and then tap "Add contacts"
     
     
     
     
   
   
   
   

Importing Contacts via Bluetooth:

1. From the home screen, drag the "Notification"Barre vers le bas


2. Exploiter les »Bluetooth" switch to enable the feature


3. On the sender device, send the contacts towards the Xperia Z1s


4. On your smartphone, when receiving the transfer notification, drag the status bar down and tap "Démarrer"


5. Once the transfer is complete, tap the notification and the received file to import / store the contacts

Suppression d'un contact:

1. Presse la »Téléphone" icon from any home screen


2. Switch to the "Contacts" tab if necessary


3. Tap and hold the contact that you wish to delete, and tap the "Trash can" icon located in the bottom-right area of the screen


4. Robinet"OK"Pour confirmer

Sending Contact Information



Sending Your Business Card:

1. Ouvrir les »Contacts" app and tap "Myself"


2. Presse la »Menu" icon and tap "Envoyer contact">"OK"


3. Choose a desired transfer method and follow the self-explanatory on-screen instructions

Sending a Contact:

1. From the contacts application, tap the contact that you wish to send


2. Presse"Menu">"Envoyer contact">"OK"


3. Select the desired sharing method and follow any additional self-explanatory steps

Sending Multiple Contacts:

1. Accès au »Contacts"app


2. Robinet"Menu">"Mark several"


3. Mark the contacts that you wish to send. Optionally, tap "select all"


4. Exploiter les »Partager" icon and select the desired transfer method

Managing Groups



La création d'un Nouveau Groupe de Contacts:

1. Exploiter les »Téléphone" l'icône sur l'écran d'accueil


2. Aller à la »Groupes"Onglet


3. Robinet"Add group" and enter a name for the group


4. Presse"Fait"Lorsque vous êtes prêt

Ajouter des Contacts à un Groupe d'appel:

1. Ouvrir les »Téléphone" application and access the "Groupes"Onglet


2. Select the group that you wish to add contacts to


3. Robinet"Ajouter contact"


4. Select the contacts that you want to add and tap "Fait"
