Is he cheating???

Help! I need to find out if my husband is cheating. We have a home WIFI setup. He uses android at the home, and Comcast is our provider.

Can someone please recommend some software that I can see what my husband is doing on his phone but it stays in inviable mode and shows no history? Thank you everyone!
