How to spy other mobile phone's calls and sms?

Where can I download software for spying and intercepting other mobile phone's messages from my Nokia E90?

For personal reason, I am forced to look for free and full version of software which can be installed in my NOKIA E90 to spy other mobile phone's calls and sms. Meanwhile, I also need software for my windows pc which can record the password that other person type on my pc.
