Do you monitor your kids' cell phone usage, like SMS, phone calls etc.?

Do you monitor your kids' cell phone usage, like SMS, phone calls etc.? I am an IT professional and know how to keep track of them on their mobile phones. I just want to know if you guys also monitor your kids' mobile phones.
