Clash of clans, need help

lately i downloaded the Clash of Clans in my ipad3 and played it to the level 9. Now i would like to play the game on my iphone, so i downloaded one to my phone. It turns out to be a new game. And i have to play the game from the very beginning. i wanna know how can i find the ipad Clash of Clans account ??
