How-to: Set up Exchange, Personal and Microsoft Email Accounts on the Samsung ATIV S Neo

Setting up Exchange Email

1. De la Démarrer écran, appuyez sur la Réglages carreau.


2. Or, dans le cas où le Réglages tile is no longer located on the Démarrer screen, swipe left -> scroll down and touch Réglages.


3. Then touch + comptes e-mail.


4. Touch ajouter un compte.


5. Touch Perspectives.


6. Dans le Adresse e-mail Entrez l'adresse e-mail souhaitée.


7. Dans le Mot de passe champ, entrez votre mot de passe.


8. Puis appuyez sur Connexion.


9. Appuyez sur la Nom d'utilisateur et Domaine and enter the required information (if necessary).


10. Lorsque vous avez terminé, appuyez sur Connexion.


11. Touch Adresse du serveur and enter the correct information, if necessary.


12. Puis appuyez sur show all settings.


13. Now check or uncheck Server requires encrypted (SSL) connection, as necessary.


14. Du robinet Nom du compte and enter the desired name.


15. Lorsque vous avez terminé, appuyez sur Connexion.


16. Congratulations, your Exchange email account has been successfully set up!

Setting up IMAP Email

1. Go to the Démarrer screen and touch the Réglages icon.

4. Du robinet add an account and touch advanced setup.

7. When done, tap Connexion.


8. Puis appuyez sur Internet email.


9. Appuyez sur la Nom du compte field and enter the domain of your email address. For example: Gmail.


10. Appuyez sur la Your name field and enter the desired name.


11. Dans le Incoming email server field, enter imap.your-email-domain.com . Such as imap.gmail.com.


12. Puis appuyez sur Account type -> select IMAP4 .


13. Dans le Nom d'utilisateur champ, entrez votre adresse email.


14. Dans le Outgoing (SMTP) email server field, enter smtp.you-email-domain.com -> touch advanced settings .


15. Check Require SSL for incoming email et Require SSL for outgoing email.


16. Then touch Download new content et Download email from and make the desired settings.


17. When ready, tap Connexion.

Setting Up POP3 Email

1. Go to the Démarrer screen and touch the Réglages icon.


2. Or, dans le cas où le Réglages tile is no longer located on the Démarrer screen, swipe left -> scroll down and touch Réglages.


3. Then touch + comptes e-mail.


4. Du robinet add an account and touch advanced setup.


5. Dans le Email address filed, Entrez votre adresse e-mail.


6. Dans le Mot de passe champ, entrez votre mot de passe.


7. When done, tap Connexion.


8. Puis appuyez sur Internet email.


9. Appuyez sur la Nom du compte field and enter the domain of your email address. For example: Hotmail .


10. Appuyez sur la Your name field and enter the desired name.


11. Dans le Incoming email server field, enter pop3.your-email-domain.com . Par exemple: pop3.live.com.


12. Puis appuyez sur Account type -> select POP3 .


13. Dans le Nom d'utilisateur champ, entrez votre adresse email.


14. Dans le Outgoing (SMTP) email server field, enter smtp.live.com -> touch advanced settings.


15. Check Require SSL for incoming email et Require SSL for outgoing email.


16. Then touch Download new content et Download email from and make the desired settings.


17. When finished, touch Connexion.

Setting Up a Windows Live Account

1. Go to the Démarrer screen and touch the Réglages icon.


2. Or, dans le cas où le Réglages tile is no longer located on the Démarrer screen, swipe left -> scroll down and touch Réglages.


3. Puis appuyez sur + comptes e-mail.


4. Du robinet ajouter un compte.


5. Du robinet Compte Microsoft.


6. Read the BEFORE YOU SIGN IN prompt -> then tap next.


7. Enter the necessary login information for your Microsoft account and touch Connexion.


8. Finally, select your preferred back up option.


9. Your Microsoft account is now set up.
