How-to: Block / Forward Calls, and Manage the Call Log on the Samsung Galaxy Note 3

Call Blocking



Blocking Calls From a Number:

1. While viewing the home screen, tap the "Phone" icon


2. Exploiter les »Keypad" tab if necessary


3. Presse la »Menu" button and select "Call settings"


4. Robinet"Call rejection"


5. Presse la »Auto Reject" mode and select either "Off", "All numbers" or "Auto reject numbers"


6. Sélectionnez"Auto reject list« et tap »Create"


7. Perform one of the following steps:
   
   
   
   
   • To Add a Contact:
     
     
     
     
     1. Presse la »Contacts" icon
     
     
     2. Robinet"Contacts" twice and select either "Always" or "Just once". Note: you can also tap "Dropbox" if you have an account
     
     
     3. Select the desired contact that you wish to add to the list, then tap "Save"
     
     
     
     
   
   
   • To Add a Number Listed in the Call Log:
     
     
     
     
     1. Exploiter les »Contacts" icon and go to "Logs"
     
     
     2. Select the number that you wish to reject and tap "Save"
     
     
     
     
   
   
   • To Enter a Number:
     
     
     
     
     1. Type in the number that you wish to reject
     
     
     2. Presse"Save"
     
     
     
     
   
   
   
   

Unblocking a Number:

1. From any of the home screens, tap "Phone"


2. Touch the "Keypad" tab if necessary


3. Presse la »Menu" button and then select "Call settings"


4. Robinet"Call rejection« et tap »Auto reject list"


5. Perform one of the following steps:
   
   
   
   
   • To Allow Calls but Leave Number on the List: mark the check box associated with the desired number
   
   
   • To Allow Calls and Remove Number from the List:
     
     
     
     
     1. Presse la »Trash Can" icon
     
     
     2. Tap the phone number to mark the check boxes
     
     
     3. Robinet"Delete"
     
     
     
     
   
   
   
   

Call Forwarding



Forwarding all Calls (Unconditional):

1. De l'écran d'accueil, appuyez sur "Phone" and if necessary, press the "Keypad"Onglet


2. Presse la »Menu" button and tap "Call settings"


3. Robinet"Call forwarding" ad tap "Always forward"


4. Enter the phone number where you wish the calls to be forwarded to


5. Robinet"Turn on"

Forwarding Some Calls (Conditional):

1. From any of the home screens, press "Phone"


2. Exploiter les »Keypad"Onglet


3. Presse la »Menu" button and tap "Call settings"


4. Sélectionnez"Call forwarding"


5. If necessary, cancel unconditional call forwarding (see below)


6. Select either "Forward when busy", "Forward when unanswered" or "Forward when unreachable"


7. Enter the phone number where you wish the incoming calls to be forwarded to


8. Robinet"Update"

Canceling Call Forwarding:

1. Exploiter les »Phone" icon located on the home screen


2. Exploiter les »Keypad" tab if necessary


3. Presse la »Menu" button and select "Call settings"


4. Robinet"Additional settings" > "Call forwarding" > "Always forward"


5. Robinet"Turn off"

Call Log Management



Viewing the Call Log:

1. On the home screen, press the "Phone" icon


2. Go to the "Logs" tab to view the call logs


3. To access detailed information about a log, tap a call log listing

Resetting the Call Log:

1. Exploiter les »Phone" icon


2. Go to the "Logs"Onglet


3. Presse la »Menu" button and tap "Delete"


4. Presse"Select all"


5. Robinet"Delete"Et confirmez en appuyant sur"OK"
