How-to: Create, Manage and Transfer Contacts and Groups on the Alcatel One Touch Evolve

Ajout d'un contact:

1. Alors que sur l'écran d'accueil, appuyez sur la touche "Téléphone« icône


2. Exploiter les »Contacts"Onglet


3. Exploiter les »+ Add Contact« icône


4. Sélectionnez soit"Google»,«USIM»Ou«Téléphone"


5. Enter the contact's information as you desire, then tap "Fait" to save the contact

Adding a contact to Speed Dial:

1. While viewing the home screen, tap the "Téléphone« icône


2. Exploiter les »Dialer" tab"


3. Press the "Menu" icon depicting three vertical dots


4. Robinet"Speed dial"


5. Press a number on the dialer to assign it as your contact's speed dial key. (Note: you can't assign "1" as a speeded dial key, as it is used for voicemail by default and can't be changed)


6. Select the contact that you wish to add to speed dial

Deleting Contacts:

1. Exploiter les »Apps"Icône située sur l'écran d'accueil


2. Robinet"People" and select the "Contacts"Onglet


3. Press the "Menu" icon located at the bottom-right corner of the screen


4. Robinet"Supprimer contact"


5. Select the contact(s) that you want to delete, and then tap the "trash can« icône


6. Press "OK"Pour confirmer

Importing / Exporting Contacts From SD Card



Copying Contacts from Phone to SD Card:

1. From the home screen, tap the "Apps« icône


2. Robinet"People"


3. Go to the "Contacts"Onglet


4. Press the "Menu" icon and select "Import / Export"


5. Under "Copy Contacts From", tap "Téléphone"


6. Robinet"Next"


7. Under "Copy Contacts To", select "SD Card"


8. Select the contact(s) that you wish to copy to the SD card


9. Exploiter les »Export contacts" icon (depicting two squares overlapping)


10. Press "OK"Pour confirmer

Copying Contacts from SD Card to the Phone's Memory:

1. From the home screen, tap the "Apps« icône


2. Open "People"


3. Go to the "Contacts"Onglet


4. Press the "Menu« icône


5. Sélectionnez"Import / Export"


6. Robinet"SD Card" under "Copy Contacts From"


7. Robinet"Next"


8. Under "Copy Contacts To" select "Téléphone"


9. Choose the contact(s) that you wish to copy


10. Exploiter les »Export contacts" icon and tap "OK"Pour confirmer

Importing / Exporting Contacts from the SIM Card

Copying Contacts from SIM Card to Phone:

1. Robinet"Apps" while on the home screen


2. Robinet"People" and tap the "Contacts"Onglet

5. Robinet"Next"


6. Under "Copy Contacts To", tap "Téléphone"


7. Select the contact(s) that you wish to copy


8. Press the "Export Contacts" icon and tap "OK"

Group Management



Creating a Caller Group:

1. Alors que sur l'écran d'accueil, appuyez sur l'"Apps« icône


2. Robinet"People"


3. Go to the "Groups"Onglet


4. Press the "Menu« icône


5. Sélectionnez"Options">"Groups"


6. Robinet"Add New Group"


7. Type in a name for the group


8. Sélectionnez"Options">"Enregistrer" and tap "Yes"Pour confirmer

Adding Contacts to a Caller Group:

1. While on the home screen, tap "Apps"


2. Robinet"People"


3. Select the "Groups"Onglet


4. Press the "Menu« icône


5. Sélectionnez"Options">"Groups"


6. Choose a group, then tap "Options">"Add"


7. Mark the check boxes associated with the contacts that you wish to add


8. Robinet"Fait" when finished and then tap "Yes"Pour confirmer
