How-to: Set Up and Mange the Visual Voicemail (VVM) on the LG G2

Setting Up Visual Voicemail (VVM):

1. While on the home screen, tap "Apps"


2. Scroll to and tap "Visual Voicemail"


3. Tap "Next"

Listening to Voicemail Messages:

1. From any of the home screens, tap "Apps"


2. Browse for and open "Visual Voicemail"


3. Select the message that you wish to listen to


4. Tap the "Play" icon

Changing the Visual Voicemail Password:

1. While viewing the home screen, tap "Apps"


2. Scroll to and tap "Visual Voicemail"


3. Press the "Menu" button


4. Tap "Settings" and tap "Change PIN"


5. Type in the current PIN


6. Enter the new PIN, and re-enter it for confirmation


7. Tap "OK"

Changing the Visual Voicemail Greeting to an Existing One:

1. While on the home screen, tap "Apps"


2. Scroll to and tap "Visual Voicemail"


3. Tap the "Menu" icon within the app


4. Select "Settings" > "Greetings"


5. Choose the greeting that you wish to use

Recording a New Greeting for Visual Voicemail:

1. On the home screen, press "Apps"


2. Scroll to and tap "Visual Voicemail"


3. Press the "Menu" icon


4. Tap "Settings" > "Greetings"


5. Tap "Add New"


6. Type in a name for the new greeting


7. Press the "Record" button to begin recording your greeting


8. Tap "Stop recording" when you wish to end the process


9. Tap the "Play" icon to preview your new greeting


10. Tap "Save"

Disable Visual Voicemail:

1. While on the home screen, press the "Menu" button


2. Select "System settings"


3. Under "Device", tap "Apps"


4. Swipe the screen until you reach the "All" panel


5. Scroll to and tap "Visual Voicemail"


6. Tap "Disable" and then press "OK" to confirm
