Text not showing on one number

I'm running teensafe on iphone5. It does an ok job, My problem is that it does not pick up one number. I know the text are sent and received but this one number never shows. How Is this possible?



Example, I send text to target, It shows up on teen safe. Wife sends text to target it doesn't show up.



Also on I phone in I search it usually will not show up either?



So I guess my question is how is this person not showing up? Is there a blocking program that will let the messages threw but not be recorded.
