Skyvi Not Working??

Is anyone else having trouble getting Skyvi to work with the Galaxy S4 using a bluetooth



I've even disabled S Voice, but still can't get Skyvi to work.



Rumor has it that Verizon has configured their phones such that we are forced to us S Voice??
