I bought nokia lumia 720 , i have a question?

When i go to settings , there is no "display+touch" option . also when i select "extras+info" the phone simply does nothing and returns back to the setting screen. I know there is an update but i dont know where to get it from..i tried "phone update" option and no updates were found. pls help
