Well two actually. 1. I have a broken screen and I need info. The model number is lg-vs840pp which is a pre paid phone. I looked on ebay and found a replacement screen for an lg-vs840 which I assume is the phone only not a pre paid. Will these two screens interchange? I tried to talk to an LG rep but he kept telling me to send it in and wouldn't give me an answer to my question.
Also when I first got this phone five weeks ago it had the VZ navigator installed. Somewhere along the way it disappeared. I didn't delete it so it has to be there somewhere. How do I set the defaults? Thanks for your time and help.
