In july, my galaxy S2 decided it had enough and died. I contacted T-mobile since I had insurance about a replacement and after a few days and no phone, i contacted T-mobile, and was told the S2 was on backorder which wasn't an option. I was then offered the S3 as a documented exchange. T-Mobile sent a long wordy email that stated that now I agree to an upgrade, which i didnt notice now, I have to pay 100's of dollars for a phone I didnt want,even tthough there is ample doc that it was an exchange
