Setting Up Wi-Fi Calling
Registering Your 911 Address:
Before being able to use Wi-Fi Calling, you'll need to register your 911 address through your T-Mobile account, otherwise you might see a "REG09" error. To register your 911 address:

Registering Your 911 Address:
Before being able to use Wi-Fi Calling, you'll need to register your 911 address through your T-Mobile account, otherwise you might see a "REG09" error. To register your 911 address:
- Via "My T-Mobile":
- Log in you "My T-Mobile"
- At the top navigation bar, click "Your profile"
- Click "Edit" under "Customer information"
- Enter your home address and then click "Save changes". Note: it may take up to one hour for the update to complete
- Via "My T-Mobile Beta":
- Log in to "My T-Mobile"
- Click "Profile" on the top navigation bar
- Click "edit" under "E911 Address"
- Enter your address and then click "Save"
- Once a confirmation pop-up appears, click "OK"
Setting up Your Phone to Use Wi-Fi or Mobile Networks:
- From any of the home screens, press the "Menu" button
- Tap "Settings"
- Go to the "Connections" tab
- Tap "More networks"
- Tap "Wi-Fi Calling" > "Connection Preferences"
- Select one of the following options:
- Wi-Fi Preferred: with this option enabled, all calls will be made over a Wi-Fi network. If no Wi-Fi network is available, calls will connect through the cellular network.
- Cellular Network Preferred: with this option selected, all calls will be made over the cellular network. If the cellular network is not available, calls will be made through an available Wi-Fi network.
- Never use Cellular Network: if this option is selected, all calls will be made over Wi-Fi. If no Wi-Fi network is available, then phone calls will not connect.

Enabling Wi-Fi and Connecting to a Network:
- While on the home screen, press the "Menu" button
- Tap "Settings"
- Go to the "Connections" tab
- Tap the switch associated with "Wi-Fi" and enable the feature. Note: a light green switch indicates that Wi-Fi is enabled
- Tap "Wi-Fi" (the text, not the switch)
- Select the Wi-Fi network that you wish to connect to. If the network is missing from the list, tap "Scan"
- If prompted, enter the network's password and tap "Connect"
Enabling Wi-Fi Calling:
- Make sure that you have registered your 911 address, and you've set up your connection preferences
- If necessary, enable Wi-Fi and connect to a network
- While on the home screen, press the "Menu" button
- Select "Settings"
- Go to the "Connections" tab
- Tap "More networks"
- Press the switch associated with "Wi-Fi Calling" to enable the feature. Note: a light green switch means that Wi-Fi Calling is enabled
