I want to get rid of my Sprint Sero plan so I’m offering the SERO PLAN and a USED Touch Pro2 for free via a Transfer of Liability.
Restrictions/Guidelines to this auction:
- You are bidding/winning this auction for the SERO PLAN. If you are unable/ineligible to transfer my contract over to your Sprint account within 5days of the ending auction then I will be relisting this auction (without notice). The Touch Pro2 is only given out for free if you successfully transfer my SERO plan to your account. The Touch Pro2 will be shipped the following business day once I get confirmation that the TRANSFER was successful (Free shipping of the phone) . My account is in GOOD STANDING and NOTHING IS DUE on my account with sprint.
- You will be responsibly on coordinating the transfer with Sprint. You will need to contact Sprint at this number 866-264-1282. I’m not familiar with the process but I know that the BUYER (You) can call sprint to let them know you are taking over a contract by doing a Transfer of Liability for a SERO PLAN. The Sprint employee may say YES that fine but they may say NO they cant do it. You would need to hang up and call them back again to get another employee that knows how to do it. (I don’t want to get involved in this step until you have someone that can do the transfer because it may take some time to find an employee that is willing help you). After you find a willing Sprint employee you can provide them with my number which I will provide immediately after this auction closes so that they can complete the Transfer of Liability. Sprint will either call me on a conference call or either call me separately to confirm that I want to transfer my account.
- You must request a NEW PHONE number once the transfer is done. Once the transfer is done you can ask Sprint for a new number in your area code and they will provide you with a new phone number.
- I want to do the least amount of work on my end. (Which is dealing with Sprint and/or answering question how to do a Transfer of Liability).
About the Plan:
This is a grandfathered Sprint SERO Premium 500 minutes
The plan can go from $30-$50 depending on the phone.
Non-Smartphones & select few Smartphones are eligible for the $30 plan (Touch Pro, Touch Pro2, Samsung Exclaim, Palm Centro etc.)
3G Smartphones are eligible for the $40 plan (3G Android & Windows Smartphones)
ALL 4G phones are required to go under the $50 plan (Samsung Galaxy S4, Note 3,iPhone 5s, etc.)
Plan includes unlimited data, unlimited text/picturemail, free any mobile minutes to any cell phone number in the U.S. & unlimited voice minutes after 7pm on weeknights or all day on weekends and 500 minutes all other times per month
You need to open or already have a Sprint account with SERO or similar employee EPRP/SERP type plan.
There is a contract with this plan and a phone upgrade will be available on 06/2015.
You can use this Touch Pro2 or your current sprint phone after you take over this plan or you may purchase a phone through ebay with a clean ESN and add it to your account.
About the Touch Pro2:
This is my OLD phone. It’s has a few scratches and has a crack on the screen which doesn't affect the touch screen. The phone is being given away AS-IS because it’s been so long since I’ve used it so I don’t really know the working conditions. The last time I used this Touch Pro2 it worked fine so that is the last of my knowledge but it has been sitting for a few years. The phone come with 1-phone, 1-Battery, and 1-Wall Charger and nothing else.
