Cracked Nexus 5 screen

I somehow cracked the screen on my Nexus 5, it was in my pocket at work yesterday and when I pulled it out it was cracked but still worked. No idea what happened, probably bumped into something while walking around. Today at work it became even more cracked and the screen just had rainbow colored...
