OEM? Mobilephone ？What I will choose？HELP.

First,I wanna buy a mobilephone with bathroom cabinets for my Mom.



I heard about HUAWEI and XIAOMI which made in China are good.So,I will choose one.But,someone tell me that the moblephones are producted by OEM.



Oh,my god.I have no idea about OEM! Who can tell me some knowledge about OEM? Are the OEMed production good or bad??And if they have a high quality?
