Phone Activity Monitoring Software?

Hi guys, here is my question, most of workers in my office connect to my wifi network and use work phones. I was wondering if there is a way to monitor the traffic or what they do on the phone, like what website or what they type on their mobile browsers. Yes, this is some what spying but I'm just going to do so because something happened. Thanks. Also I want this to remain unknown.
