REMARQUE: if you already have Samsung Kies installed on your Mac, you should skip the first 2 steps
- Exploiter les »Apps" icon while on the home screen
- Robinet"Réglages"
- Faites défiler jusqu'à »De l'utilisateur et de Sauvegarde« et tap »Sauvegarde et reset"
- Login with your Google account. If you need to add an account, tap "Compte de sauvegarde" > "Add account"
- If necessary, mark the check boxes associated with "Compte de sauvegarde« et »Backup my data"
Backing Up Contacts
Using a Samsung or Google Account to Back Up Contacts:
- While on the home screen, tap the "Contacts" icon
- Robinet"Réglages« et tap »Merge accounts"
- Sélectionnez"Google»Ou«Samsung account"
- Robinet"OK" to merge the contacts with the selected account
Backing Up Contacts on the External Memory (SD Card):
- Ensure that the SD card is installed on your device
- From the home screen, tap "Apps"
- Robinet"Réglages"
- Faites défiler jusqu'à »Applications« et tap »Contacts"
- Robinet"Contacts to display" > "All contacts"
- Sélectionnez"import / Export" and then tap "Export to SD card"
- Before tapping "OK", make sure you record the backup file's name for future use
Media File Backup
Backing Up Media Files on the Smartphone's Storage:
- Make sure the SD card is installed on your device
- Launch the apps drawer and tap "Mes fichiers"
- Faites défiler jusqu'à »Local Storage"
- Robinet"Device storage" and press the "menu" icon
- Robinet"Select" from the drop-down menu, and navigate to the folders containing the desired media files. (REMARQUE: photos captured with the camera are found in the "DCIM" folder, other files are in "Downloads»,«Ringtones" etc.)
- Mark the check boxes next to the file or folder that you wish to back up
- Robinet"Menu" > "Copy" > "SD card"
- Navigate to where you want to copy the files and then tap "Paste here"
Backing Up Media Files Using a Windows PC:
- Establish a connection between your SGS5 Sport and PC via USB
- On the home screen, swipe the "Status"Barre vers le bas
- Robinet"Connected as a media device" and mark the check box next to "Media device (MTP)"
- From the AutoPlay window that will pop-up on the PC, click "Open device to view files"
- Open the "Phone»Ou«Card" drive from your smartphone, and locate the desired media files on your handset
- Copy the files that you wish to back up, and paste them on your computer's hard drive
Backing Up Media Files on a Mac Computer:
REMARQUE: if you already have Samsung Kies installed on your Mac, you should skip the first 2 steps
- On your Mac, launch the Internet browser and navigate to Kies
- Click "Download for Mac OS" and follow the on-screen instructions to install Kies on the Mac
- Once installed, connect the Galaxy S5 Sport to the Mac via USB
- Faites glisser le "Status" bar down and tap "Connected as a media device"
- If necessary, mark the "Media device (MTP)" check box
- Launch Kies on the Mac
- Click the "Back up / Restore" tab in Kies
- Go to the "Backup" tab and mark the check box next to "Music« et »Photo"
- To back up all of your files, mark the check box next to "Select all items"
- When ready, click "Backup"
- Once the files have been backed up, you can safely disconnect the SGS5 Sport from the Mac
