How do I get a video off of my lg phone???

So I have a lg 236c basic phone and I have a video that i took that is about 3mins long that i want to send to my computer or a friends phone. I tried text and email and it says the file is to large. I tried plugging it in usb and apparently it isn't compatible. I also looked for a sd card which it also doesn't have. When I contacted my carrier they were very unhelpful and told me there was nothing I can do. I messaged them on fb and told me I could send it via bluetooth. Me and my friend already tried sending it via bluetooth to his desktop but said it failed to send. Does anybody know how I might be able to get this video on my computer. tracfone says bluetooth is my only option but that doesnt seem to work either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
