Samsung Galaxy V: Back Up App Data, Contacts and Media Files

La Sauvegarde Des Applications:




  1. Lors de l'affichage de l'écran d'accueil, appuyez sur la touche "Menu"Bouton

  2. Robinet"Réglages" la "Comptes"Onglet

  3. Robinet"Sauvegarde et reset». REMARQUE: you need to be logged in to a Google account in order to back up your apps. If necessary, tap "Compte de sauvegarde">"Ajoutez le compte"

  4. Marquer les cases à cocher associées"Back up data« et »Compte de sauvegarde" si nécessaire




Sauvegarde contact



Sauvegarder les Contacts sur un Samsung ou Google Compte:




  1. Lancement de la "Contacts»Demande

  2. Presse"Menu"

  3. Robinet"Fusionner des comptes" et sélectionnez-le pour "Fusionner avec Google»Ou«Fusionner avec Samsung"

  4. If necessary, sign in to your Google or Samsung account




Sauvegarder les Contacts sur la Carte SD:




  1. Assurez-vous que la carte SD est installée sur votre téléphone

  2. Lancement de la "Contacts»Demande

  3. Si nécessaire, appuyez sur "Menu">"Contacts à afficher">"Tous les contacts"

  4. Presse la »Menu« bouton et appuyez sur »Import / Export"

  5. Robinet"Exporter vers la carte SD". Make sure you remember the exported file's name for future use

  6. Robinet"OK"




Media File Backup



Backing Up Media Files on the SD Card:




  1. While viewing the home screen, tap "Apps"

  2. Robinet"Mes fichiers">"All files"

  3. Robinet"Device storage". (REMARQUE: To back up all of your files, press "Menu", Tapez"Select all" and skip to step 6)

  4. Navigate to the folders containing the files you wish to back up. REMARQUE: Pictures captured with the Camera app should be stored in the DCIM folder, and other media files can be found in "Notifications»,«Downloads" les dossiers etc.

  5. Mark the check boxes associated with the items you wish to back up

  6. Exploiter les »Menu" icon at the top-right corner of the screen

  7. Robinet"Copy»Ou«Move"

  8. Robinet"SD memory card" and if necessary, navigate to the desired folder

  9. Robinet"Paste here»Ou«Move here"




Backing Up Media Files on a Windows PC:




  1. Establish a USB connection between your smartphone and computer

  2. Swipe the "Status" bar down and mark the "Media device" check box

  3. In the AutoPlay window on the computer, click "Open device to view files using Windows Explorer"

  4. Navigate to the media files stored on your device

  5. Copy the files you wish to back up, and transfer them to the desired backup location on your computer's hard drive

  6. After the process is done, safely disconnect your smartphone from the computer




Backing Up Media Files on a Mac Computer:



REMARQUE: Skip the first 2 steps if Samsung Kies is already installed on your computer




  1. Open the Internet browser on your Mac and visit Kies

  2. Click "Download for Mac OS" and follow the on-screen prompts to install Kies on your Mac

  3. Connect your Galaxy V to your Mac via USB

  4. Swipe the "Status" bar down and tap "Connected as a media device">"Media device"

  5. Launch Kies on the Mac

  6. In Kies, click the "Sauvegarder / restaurer" tab, followed by the "Backup"Onglet

  7. Marquer les cases à cocher associées"Music»,«Photos" and other types of media files you wish to back up. Optionally, mark the "Sélectionner tous les éléments" check box

  8. Click "Backup"

  9. Once the process is done, safely disconnect your smartphone from the Mac
