Motorola W385 doesn't boot

I have a Motorola W385, it has not been working for a while. The problem is it turns on and "Motorola" comes up then the screen goes black and I cant do anything. But is it possible to transfer the pictures off of it on to a computer if it is like this? If so, how? Thanks in advance!
