Hello I live in SE Michigan 48446,am planning to move to more urban area 48307-48908 area(Rochester-Troy,Mi). Please give comments on these carriers,also if you use a smartphone or basic.I want to get a basic rugged type phone and no contract plan. Thank you for your comments on plans and/or phones!
