HTC One M8, iPhone 5s or wait on the 6

I currently have an iPhone 4s and my contract is up in a month. I really want a new phone but I'm not sure if I want to make the switch to android. I love customizing my phone which is why I jailbroke my iPhone 4s but I'm not sure what I should do. Any help or suggestion will be appreciated
