Kyocera Hydro Vibe Black: Hydro Vibe camera shutter sound

Is there a way to change the camera shutter sound on the Vibe? Specifically I want to know if it can be turned off. I downloaded the manual and don't see any mention of how to set or change it in brief look. Thanks.
