REMARQUE: If one of your apps isn't working as it should then you might be able to fix this issue by clearing its cache or data. WARNING! Clearing an application's data will remove all personal information stored within it, including saved games, login and credit card information, high scores, settings etc. As such, you should always try fixing these issues by clearing the app's cache first.
Wiping the Phone's Cache Partition:
REMARQUE: If your smartphone is acting up, it freezes, crashes or doesn't work as intended, then you could try fixing these problems without having to master reset it. Entering Safe Mode and Uninstalling an Application:
REMARQUE: In case you have installed a third party app that prevents you from uninstalling it then you can reboot your smartphone in Safe Mode and remove the app from there. In Safe Mode, all third party apps are disabled. To enter safe mode and remove an app:

- Tap "Apps" while viewing the home screen
- Go to "Settings"
- Swipe to "Applications"
- Tap "Application Manager"
- Swipe to the "All", "Downloaded", "Running" or "SD Card" screen
- Select the desired app and tap "Clear cache"
- If clearing the cache hasn't helped, tap "Clear data" and press "OK" to confirm

- Swipe to "Applications" and tap "Application manager"
- Flip to the "Downloaded" screen and select the app you wish to remove
- Tap "Uninstall" and press "OK" to confirm
