Clearing an App's Data / Cache:
REMARQUE: In case an application doesn't work properly then you could try fixing these issues by clearing the app's cache or data. WARNING! Clearing an app's data will result in the deletion of all personal information within the application, such as credit card and login information, high scores and profiles, saved games, settings etc. It's recommended that you first try clearing the cache to prevent losing data.
Wiping the Phone's Cache Partition:
REMARQUE: In case your smartphone isn't working as intended and you're considering factory resetting it to solve these issues, then you might want to wipe the cache partition before applying the reset. Entering Safe Mode and Removing an App:
REMARQUE: In case one (or more) of your downloaded applications is causing problems on your smartphone while preventing you from uninstalling it when running tasks / processes in the background, then you can easily remove it by rebooting the phone in safe mode first. In safe mode, all third party apps are disabled. To enter safe mode and remove an app:

- From the home screen, tap "Apps"
- Go to "Settings" and swipe to "Device"
- Tap "Apps" and go to the "All" or "Downloaded" screen
- Select the app that causes issues
