Call Forwarding
Forwarding All Calls (Unconditional):
Forwarding Some Calls (Conditional):
Note: In case you receive the "Unfinished" error message, then you need to disable unconditional forwarding.
Canceling / Disabling Call Forwarding:
Viewing and Resetting the Call Log:
Forwarding All Calls (Unconditional):
- While on the home screen, select "Menu"
- Scroll to and select "Settings" > "Call Settings" > "Call Forwarding"
- Select "Voice Calls" and go to "All Voice Calls"
- Select "Activate" and choose one of the following options:
- Forwarding to another number:
- Select "To New Number"
- Type in the number, select "Options" and then press "Done"
- Select "OK" to confirm
- Forwarding to voicemail:
- Select "To Voicemail Box"
- Press "OK" to confirm
- Forwarding to another number:
Forwarding Some Calls (Conditional):
- While on the home screen, select "Menu"
- Navigate to and select "Settings" > "Call Settings" and then "Call Forwarding"
- Press "Voice calls"
- Select "Forward All Conditional Calls" and then press "Activate"
- Select "To New Number"
- Type in a number, then select "Options" and press "Done"
- Select the interval of time that will elapse before the incoming call will be forwarded
- Press "OK"
Note: In case you receive the "Unfinished" error message, then you need to disable unconditional forwarding.

- While viewing a home screen, select "Menu"
- Scroll to and select "Settings" > "Call settings" > "Call forwarding"
- Select "Voice Calls" then press "All Voice Calls" and select "Deactivate"
- Press "OK" to confirm
Viewing and Resetting the Call Log:
- To view the call log history, press the "Send" key while on the home screen
- To reset the call log, select "Options"
- Scroll to and select "Delete" or "Delete All"
- Press "Yes" to confirm
