Setting Up Your Email



Adding an Email Account Manually:

1. While on the home screen, press "Menu"


2. Scroll to and then select "Messaging"


3. Scroll right to navigate to the "Email" tab


4. Press "New Account"


5. Scroll to and then select "Other accounts"


6. Type in your email address


7. Select "Les options" and then press "Next"


8. Select either "POP" or "IMAP" and press "Next"


9. Enter the incoming server settings. Press "Les options" > "Next"


10. Enter the outgoing server settings. Select "Les options" > "Next"


11. If necessary, update your user name. Press "Les options" and then "Next"


12. Enter your password. Select "Les options" > "Next"


13. If desired, you can update your account name. Select "Les options" and then "Done"

Adding a Gmail, AOL, Hotmail or Yahoo Account:

1. While on the home screen, press "Menu"


2. Scroll to and then select "Messaging"


3. If necessary, navigate to the "Email" tab


4. Select "Add account"


5. Select the desired email account type: Hotmail, Gmail, AOL or Yahoo


6. Enter your user name


7. Navigate to the password field, type in your password and then press "OK"


8. If you wish to change the username, scroll to your email account, then select "Les options" and press "Settings". Select the "Display name" field and then type in the desired user name. Select "Les options" > "Done"

Deleting an Email Account:

1. While viewing the home screen, select "Menu"


2. Go to and select "Messaging"


3. If necessary, navigate to the "Email" tab


4. Scroll to the desired email account, but don't select it


5. Select "Les options" and then scroll to and select "Delete Account"


6. Press "Yes" to confirm

Managing Emails



Enabling Disabling Incoming Email Notifications:

1. While on the home screen, press "Menu"


2. Scroll to and select "Messaging"


3. If necessary, navigate to the "Email" tab


4. If necessary, scroll to desired email account but don't select it


5. Select "Les options" and then press "Settings" > "Advanced Settings" > "Account Settings"


6. Scroll down to the "Email Notifications" field. Select "Auto-Update" or "Disabled"


7. Press "Done" and confirm by selecting "Yes"

Sending an Email / Attaching a File and Sending an Email:

1. While viewing the home screen, press "Menu"


2. Select "Messaging"


3. If necessary, scroll to the "Email" tab


4. Scroll to the desired email account and select it


5. Press "New Email"


6. Type in the email address or contact name of the recipient


7. Scroll down and enter a subject in the appropriate field


8. Scroll to the message field and type in your email


9. To attach a file, select "Les options" > "Add attachment" and then locate and select the file that you wish to attach


10. Select the "Send" icon when ready

Deleting Emails:

1. Press "Menu" on the home screen


2. Go to and select "Messaging"


3. Navigate to the "Email" tab


4. Scroll to and then select the desired email account (if necessary)


5. Press "Inbox" and then select one of the following options:
   
   
   
   
   
   
   • Deleting Multiple Emails:
     
     
     
     
     
     
     1. Select "Les options" and then press the "Select" menu
     
     
     2. Scroll to and then select the emails that you wish to delete
     
     
     3. Press "Les options" > "Delete" and then tap "Yes"
     
     
     
     
     
   
   
   • To Delete a Single Email:
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     1. Scroll to and then select the email that you wish to delete
     
     
     2. Press "Les options", select "Delete" and press "Yes" to confirm
