Restoring from SIM Card:
- While on the home screen, select "Menu"
- Scroll to and then select "Contacts"
- Select "Options" and then open "Management"
- Select "Copy several" > "Copy to Phone"
- Press "Select all". Optionally, you can select the desired contacts individually
- Select "Options" and then "Copy Selected"
- Press "Yes" to confirm
Restoring From SD Card
- While on the home screen, press "Menu"
- Select "Media" > "Files"
- Select "SD Card"
- Navigate to the desired contact (listed as a .vcf file) in order to highlight it, but don't select it
- Select "Options" and then "Set as"
- Choose "Contacts" > "Save to Phone" > "Save"

Restoring Media & Pictures
Restoring Using Your PC:
- Connect your phone to your PC using the USB cable that came with your device
- Select "Mass storage" on your phone
- On your PC, navigate to the files that you've backed up
- On the computer, open the phone's internal memory, and then copy and paste the desired files and / or folders stored in your computer, to the desired location on your phone
- Once the transfer is complete, safely disconnect the phone from the computer
Restore Using the Mac:
- Connect your phone to your Mac computer via the USB cable that came with your device
- On your phone, select "Mass storage"
- On your Mac, close any pop-up applications (if necessary), in order to reveal the "Go" menu option. Click on "Go"
- Click "Computer"
- Click the "Removable disk" icon representing your phone's internal memory
- Open the folders where you wish to restore your files
- On your Mac, navigate to where the files have been backed up
- Drag the files from your computer, and drop them inside your phone's internal memory
- Once finished, click the "Back" icon in order to navigate back to the "Removable disk" icon(s)
- Press and hold the "control" button and then click on the "Removable disk" icon that represents your phone's memory card
- Click "Eject"
- Hold the "control" key and then click on the "Removable disk" icon associated with your phone's internal memory
- Click "Eject"
- You can now safely disconnect your phone from your computer
Restoring Using the Device:
- While viewing a home screen, select "Menu"
- Scroll to and then select "Media"
- Select "Files"
- Press "SD Card"
- Select the desired folder and then press "Options" > "Select"
- Press "Select all". Alternatively, you can also select individual files instead of all of them
- Select "Options" > "Copy selected"
- Press "Phone" and then "Open"
- Navigate to the folder where you wish to back up your files, and highlight the desired folder, without selecting it
- Select "Options" and then "Select"
